The ticket recycling program is still in place with no changes to the program for this season. Recycling can be done the same as it always has been done with the added benefit now of not having to physically come to the box office to exchange your tickets. Should you choose to not come to the box office all that needs to be done is send an email to us at a new dedicated season ticket holder email address email@example.com letting us know your account info, the game you did not attend and the game that you want to attend instead. We will then issue paper tickets for the new game and place them in will call for pick up and confirm everything back via email. Tickets must be recycled 30 days from the date of game.
Should you have the unfortunate circumstance of losing or having your season ticket card stolen do not worry we have you covered. All that needs to be done is to contact us again at firstname.lastname@example.org or come in to the arena and we will void your card and all of the tickets remaining on it and issue paper tickets for the remaining games.
Should the time come when you cannot be at a game and want to transfer your tickets to a friend, family member, coworker etc. again no need to worry as this is a simple process for us to handle. As with ticket recycling and a lost card all that needs to be done is to come in or email us at email@example.com with the information of what game you want to transfer the tickets for and to who you want to receive them and we will print paper tickets to be left at will call for pickup either by you or the person you have transferred them to.
At this time your season ticket card is solely for tickets and is NOT a replacement for your rewards card. To earn rewards points you will still need to swipe your rewards card at the register when you make a purchase.

TICKET VOUCHERS & GAME DAY COUPONS
Each account has been issued 6 vouchers for a total of 6 tickets to be used as you would like. Unlike seasons past this is not 6 tickets per season ticket but rather per account. We fully recognize that this change was not communicated effectively and apologize for that lack of communication. Going forward be assured that we will make sure any changes are clearly and concisely communicated.
The game day coupons that used to be attached to each of your tickets are still a benefit of being a season ticket holder but instead of being attached to your ticket they will be issued at the season ticket holder entrance as you come in each game. For a full list of season ticket holder benefits go to http://www.stormhockey.com/Tickets/Season-Tickets
Once again should you have questions that are not addressed in this email please do not hesitate to contact us directly, we are here to help with your concerns. I would also like to thank you on behalf of all of us here at the Storm for your support and investment into Storm Hockey. We anticipate a great season of hockey and look forward to sharing it with all of you.
