  • Summers is a left-handed shot defenseman that completed his first season of junior hockey in 2016-17.

With the Storm:

  • 2016-17: Acquired by the Storm on November 29, 2016 from Springfield (NAHL) ... Had one goal and five assists in 26 USHL games ... Tallied an assist in league debut vs. WAT (12/3) ... Recorded all of season's points in first seven games ... First league goal was vs. DM (1/6) ... Suffered upper-body injury vs. LIN (2/14) and missed one month ... Returned from injury 3/24 at LIN and skated in five of season's final six games. 

Before the Storm:

  • 2016-17: Had six assists, six penalty minutes and a minus-two rating for the Springfield Jr. Blues in 21 games before the Storm acquired him.
  • Acquired the day after Tri-City traded for forward Logan Drevitch.
  • 2015-16: Played with Ronnie Attard on Victory Honda U16, compiling three goals and 15 points in 32 games. 
  • 2013-15: Played for Victory Honda U16. 
  • Other Storm players to compete for Victory Honda U16 include Attard and Paul Washe (2013-14).
