STORM SET 2011 EXHIBITION SCHEDULE
Tri-City to play two home games before the Fall Classic in Sioux City

KEARNEY, Neb. – The Tri-City Storm will begin the 2011 exhibition schedule at the Viaero Event Center on Thursday, September 15 against the Lincoln Stars (7:05 PM). The Storm will play their final home preseason game on Friday, September 16 against the Omaha Lancers (7:05 PM).
Ticket prices for both preseason games will be $10.00 for Adults and $5.00 for youth (12 and under), students, seniors, and military for reserved seating. Preseason tickets will go on sale at the Viaero Event Center box office on August 26.
There will be a Meet-the-Storm luncheon on September 15 before the game against Lincoln for fans to meet the Storm players and staff. The luncheon will start at 12:00 PM and will cost $10.00 per person. Each person at the luncheon will receive a free ticket to the game against the Stars that night. “Once again, we want our fans and the general public to have a chance to meet the players and the coaching staff,” said Storm/Event Center President Greg Shea. “We think this is a great opportunity for people to see some of the guys before the first preseason game and get some background information on this year’s team.”
The Storm will play three additional games at the USHL Fall Classic in Sioux City, Iowa before the regular season opens on Friday, September 30 against the Sioux City Musketeers at the Viaero Event Center.
Additionally, three of the five preseason games will air on local radio this season, as the Storm’s radio partner Platte River Radio has agreed to air the first game on ESPN Superstation 1460/1550 AM. The final two games at the Fall Classic will air on Classic Hits 98.9 FM. All five games will be available to listen online at www.stormhockey.com with a 20-minute Pre-Game Show to each broadcast.
