STORM MAKE TRADE WITH MUSKEGON, ACQUIRE HENKE
Tri-City add RW/C Joshua Henke from Muskegon for C Adam Chlapik

KEARNEY, Neb. – The Tri-City Storm have acquired RW/C Joshua Henke from the Muskegon Lumberjacks for C Adam Chalpik and a conditional draft pick in the 2013 USHL Entry Draft.
Storm General Manager and Head Coach Drew Schoneck made the announcement Friday afternoon.
“Joshua is a skilled forward that will add depth to our team and has a track record for scoring,” said Schoneck. “We wanted to add a player, who will not only be able to help this team now, but in the future as well.”
Henke (pronounced HEN-KEE) was leading the Lumberjacks in plus-minus this season with a plus-7 rating to go along with five assists in eight games. He recorded his first multi-point game with three assists on Oct. 23 in Chicago. The rookie from Trenton, Mich. was a third round (32nd overall) selection in the 2010 USHL Futures Draft.
Last season, the 5-foot-11, 190-pound forward had 48 points (24g, 24a) and 94 penalty minutes playing 37 games for Victory Honda U18 midget major team.
Henke will wear No. 10 with Tri-City and is expected to be available for this weekend’s games.
The Storm are back home for games on Saturday and Sunday at the Viaero Event Center to host the Lincoln Stars and Sioux Falls Stampede. Classic Hits 98.9 FM will air both games, as the Viaero Wireless Pre-Game Show will start at 6:45 p.m. on Saturday and 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.
