Chicago (27-16-1-0) enters tonight’s game as the 2nd place team in the Eastern Conference standings despite last night’s road loss to Tri-City. The Steel now trail Eastern Conference leading Muskegon by 14 points and have now dropped back to back games. Chicago will look to split the season series for the 3rd consecutive season. Only Muskegon has scored more goals this season than Chicago, and Steel forward Nick Abruzzese leads the league with 60 points in 44 games played this season. Like Tri-City last weekend, Chicago is playing a three-game weekend with all the games on the road. The Steel will travel to Ralston, NE tomorrow for a road game against the Omaha Lancers.
