The players seek to make the opening night roster, which must be reduced to a 23-man protected list by Oct. 3. Tri-City plays seven preseason games, beginning at home vs. Lincoln on Fri., Sept. 15 at 7:35 p.m. The regular season opens Oct. 6 at Omaha.
