Kearney, Neb. – Tri-City Storm defensemen Jace Foskey has verbally committed to Harvard University, the 17-year-old announced on Twitter Monday.

A Southlake, Texas native, Foskey scored three goals and 11 points in 50 games during his rookie USHL season. He is the second active Tri-City talent to commit to Harvard, joining Wyllum Deveaux. The Storm drafted Foskey 12th overall in the 2016 Phase I Draft.

Foskey suited up for the Dallas Stars U16 program during 2015-16. The 6-foot-1, 174-lb. blueliner is the 210th Storm player to commit to a Division 1 institution while playing for Tri-City. Last season, 30 players committed to play college hockey played for Tri-City.

Tri-City Storm season tickets are available for 2017-18 and can be purchased by calling the Viaero Center Box Office at 308-338-8144.
