The native of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania started the season with the New Jersey Titans (NAHL) and returned to the team after playing for Cedar Rapids. Feeney was 10-6-0-0 with a 3.09 goals against average and .901 save percentage in 16 Titans games.

Last season, Feeney made six appearances for the Titans, played for La Salle College High School and won the AYHL U18 Championship with the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers.

Standing 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, Cedar Rapids drafted Feeney in the sixth round, 98th overall, of the 2016 USHL Phase II Draft.
