Team Black storms Team White, 6-2

Las Vegas, Nev. – The Tri-City Storm held its first all-star game at 2016 Main Camp and Team Black defeated Team White, 6-2, Friday at the Las Vegas Ice Center. The final game of Main Camp is tomorrow, Saturday, June 18 at noon central.

Charlie Kelleher scored two goals and three points for Team Black. Wyllum Deveaux added a pair of points for Team White.

Newcomers and returning players shared lines and contributed. The clubs combined for five goals in the second and Black led, 3-2, at the end of two. Black added three more in the third.

Deveaux scored the first goal of the game for White on the power play and added an assist later in the frame. He is a 2000 birth year and a Harvard commit from Nova Scotia, Canada.

Adam Peck scored for Team White late in the second. He is an 18-year-old forward from Williston, Vermont.  

Returner Alex Limoges added two assists in the second for Black. Second-year player Justin Dixson scored late in the second on Limoges’ second helper. Team Black forward Christoffer Karlsen scored a power-play goal halfway through the second.

Dayton Rasmussen played the first half of the game for Team White and allowed two goals. C.J. Boothe played the last half of the game in place of Rasmussen. 

David Tomeo played the first half of the game for Team Black. Mereks Mitens played the rest of the game for Black. 

The final game of the Main Camp is a rematch between Team White and Team Black and is Saturday, June 18 at noon. Watch the game at https://www.lasvegasice.com/LIVEVIDEO.aspx.
