Storm ADD DEFENSEMAN MICHAEL MALADY TO ROSTER

KEARNEY, Neb. – Tri-City Storm Head Coach/General Manager Drew Schoneck has announced today that the Storm have added defenseman Michael Malady for the remainder of the season.
Malady reigns from the Alberta Junior Hockey League and the Atlantic Junior Hockey League, where he split time with both leagues this season.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pound defenseman started the season with the Alberta Junior Hockey League’s Okotoks Oilers and had two goals and six assists in 29 games.
Recently, Malady played eight games in the Atlantic Junior Hockey League with the New Jersey Rockets, where he tallied three assists before being acquired by Tri-City.
Malady, a native of Media, Pennsylvania, has joined the team for practice this week and will be available for this weekend’s games.
The Storm will be home on Friday night against the Lincoln Stars for the annual Pack-It-In-Purple night at the Viaero Event Center.
